Booking fee

There is a non-refundable booking fee of £16 is required to secure your appointment

£1 will go towards the service booking fee and £15 will be deducted from the final cost of your service

Please note that after i have received the deposit, the address of your appointment will be emailed to you along with your confirmation

Before your appointment

Please ensure your hair is thoroughly washed and free of any products

Any preferred products you would like to be added, you may bring them along as i can apply them after your appointment

Plus ones are allowed as long as i am informed before hand

Punctuality

If you know you will be arriving late, please let me know ahead of time There is a grace period of 10 minutes however after that time you will be charged £10

After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee from the total service cost

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the remaining balance of the service booked. This policy helps respect the time and effort reserved for you. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking

Rescheduling

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 48 hours before your original appointment

If you reschedule later than 48 hours a new deposit will be required for the slot
